Benefits: Hello and thanks for viewing our job listing. First, we are looking for a new part time team member that can and will work some weekends. Secondly, this is a part time position but can turn into a full time position quickly for the right someone that will go above and beyond for our clients and our studio. Base pay starts at $17 per hour (unless you have experience in this field) and tops out at $20 per hour. In addition to your base pay we offer a very aggressive bonus structure based purely on your own performance, which means some of our top performers have averaged over $35 per hour in a month (a $25 average should be relatively easy to hit consistently with good performance).
