Job Description Summary The 2nd Shift Erlanger Site EHS Leader serves as the primary on-shift EHS authority, with a majority of time (>70%) spent on the production floor driving real-time risk identification, employee engagement, and hazard mitigation. This role is highly visible and operationally embedded, focused on ergonomics, job hazard analysis (JHA), and proactive injury prevention within a logistics environment. The position requires a hands-on leader and educator who actively coaches employees and supervisors, while also holding all personnel including contractors accountable for safe behaviors, conditions, and compliance. This individual must be comfortable addressing unsafe acts immediately and driving corrective actions without hesitation.
