Job DetailsJob Location: 0009 Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, Seattle - Seattle, WA 98126Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 Salary/yearThe Director of Pastoral Ministries serves as a strategic and pastoral leader, partnering with the Pastor and Director of Operations to direct the pastoral ministries of the parish family (Holy Rosary and Our Lady of Guadalupe). This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive strategy for liturgy, adult and family faith formation and evangelization, including sacramental preparation, OCIA, social and pastoral outreach, and youth and young adult ministry. The director will also have direct responsibility for one or more specific ministries. ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES: Strategic Planning: Collaborates with the pastor and parish staff in implementing the mission of the parish. This is accomplished by participating in the comprehensive planning, implementation and evaluation of the parish's programs, goals and objectives, with specific focus on pastoral ministry.
