Department: 34141 WI Hospice Divisional - Nursing: SCT (Supportive Care Team) Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: M-F 4p-12a, Covering Green Bay area but may be asked to assist in additional areas if needed. Required 2 Holidays a year (1 major / 1 minor) Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Licensure: - Nurse/Patient Relationship: Develops and maintains a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum - 1)Incorporates the concepts of responsibility, accountability, clinical decision-making, authority, shared governance, and critical thinking in daily nursing practice. - 2)Provides individualized care to promote physical and psychosocial comfort. Utilizes principles of optimum pain assessment and management in the delivery of patient care. - 3)Assesses patient and family readiness and involves them in planning and implementing care.
