Learning Assistants (LAs) will support student learning in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) courses. LAs work on-campus with students one-on-one, in small groups, and may facilitate workshops on problem-solving strategies, study skills, exam preparation, and related topics. Some LAs may be assigned up to three sections of an undergraduate STEM lecture or laboratory course and will work with the instructor and STEM Center Personnel to facilitate in-class and/or out-of-class learning experiences.
