Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary: The Admissions Processing Coordinator supports all aspects of the admissions and recruitment process, primarily focusing on application processing, international admissions services, enrollment procedures, and other administrative functions that facilitate admissions operations and the matriculation of highly qualified candidates to the School of Public Health’s graduate degree programs. Job Description: Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Application and Admissions Processing Serve as the primary processor of applications for admission to the School of Public Health graduate programs. Review applications for admissions and scholarships. The position will work in conjunction with others to analyze transcripts for program required courses and advance standing transferrable credits. The analyst will be responsible for actively following up and corresponding with prospective students and applicants by email, mail, phone or face-to-face appointments to answer questions about the admissions process, program, policies, and School.
