Role Overview The Vice President, Commercial Moving is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and performance of the Commercial Moving business, including all sales, operations, and project management functions. This role oversees the full commercial moving portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery, profitable growth, and operational excellence across all client engagements. The VP leads and develops the team responsible for managing and executing commercial moves, drives the commercial strategy for retaining and expanding the portfolio, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. This position provides strategic oversight across multiple clients and markets, directing resources, setting performance expectations, and guiding the business toward sustained revenue and service growth.
