Description About the Role: Are you confident, compassionate, and able to lead in a structured mental health environment? The H.U.F. Center is seeking a high-energy, emotionally intelligent Group Facilitator to support adults with serious mental illness in a Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program. This is frontline behavioral health work—you’ll lead groups, support daily functioning, and help members build the skills needed for independence and stability. This role requires professionalism, strong boundaries, and the ability to stay calm and effective in challenging situations. What You’ll Do: Facilitate Structured Groups: - Lead psychosocial and psychoeducational groups daily - Teach coping skills, emotional regulation, and independent living skills - Maintain group structure, engagement, and participation Provide Direct Support: - Assist members with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Independent Living Skills (IADLs) - Support hygiene, routines, and personal accountability - Model appropriate behavior, communication, and boundaries Support Community Integration: Maintain Safety & Respond to Behaviors - Supervise community outings and appointments - Encourage positive socia...
