Ellsworth Correctional Center. AODA programming must be delivered in a secular manner free of religious components, following the agency prescribed curriculum. The person in this position is responsible for maintaining the credentials required for the position. Collaboration with other staff, supervisors, and agents is vital and communication must be maintained. The person in this position must demonstrate professional conduct and respect for each client, maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.
