The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to consumers, ensuring a positive experience from inquiry through post-sale follow-up. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving product issues, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer needs. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential in this role. Requirements: - Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or B2C environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively. - Proficient in computer applications and order management systems. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
