Global Payroll Specialist Application Deadline: 7 May 2026: Department: People: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: US - Remote (EST): Compensation: $78,000 - $85,000 / year Description: Reports to: VP, People: Location : US Remote - EST (must be based in Eastern Time Zone) or New York, NY (hybrid) - Please note that while the majority of the work is conducted remotely for team members based ‘non-local’ to NYC, all team members are expected to be available to attend key on-site events 2-4 times per year in the NY office. The onsite weeks are scheduled in advance and travel expenses are covered by the business. Local NY based team members are required to work in the office 10–20% of the time. Hours/Status: Full-Time, exempt: Salary (USD): $78,000-$85,000 for US Remote-based team members; $86,000-$93,000 for 'local' New York based (or within commuting distance from our NYC office) team members - The core working hours for this role are 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST Monday-Friday, however, as part of a global team, you'll be working closely with colleagues and external partners in the UK, which may require a slightly earlier start time on limited occasion.
