Project Manager - Product Launch

Job description

The Role: LION is currently seeking a talented Project Manager to manage high-visibility projects. This is a key role in the LION Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director of the ePMO and will support major product launches. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring others on project management methodology and contributing to ongoing process improvements and standardization. The successful candidate should expect to travel up to 10% of the time. Primary Responsibilities: - Define, plan, execute and control moderate to complex projects. - Drive alignment of product launch initiatives with Lion’s strategic objectives, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value and support long-term growth. - Secure and coordinate resources among several business units, including R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations. - Produce and maintain key deliverables: Business Case, Schedule, Budget, RAID, and Change Requests. - Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor project and portfolio health, identify trends and proactively make recommendations to leadership. - Utilize problem solving...
