Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Team Lead supports the day-to-day business unit department goals are being met through team leadership & communication, safety, quality, and delivery. They ensure uninterrupted production flow in assigned processes and provide problem support and coaching to employees. KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively supports training efforts of entire team, including new hires. Takes proactive approach in training plans. Execute and coordinate employee training to ensure that procedures are followed and meet all quality requirements. Some roles may require additional Training Coordinator responsibilities as outlined below. Ensures team is aware of company messages, schedule changes, and procedures. Effectively communicates with other stakeholders.
