Description Muir Wood Teen Treatment | Riverside, CA | Full-Time $70,000-80,000 annually based on experience |Sunday–Thursday 10am-6pm About the Role: As an Associate Therapist in a residential program for teens (12–17), you’ll build real depth quickly: individual therapy, family sessions, and daily groups, all within a structured milieu and alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. This is one of the most immersive clinical training environments available—high-acuity clients, crisis work, and consistent supervision that accelerates your path to licensure. We’re looking for clinicians who already have a foundation in individual and group therapy and are ready to build real clinical depth. You should be engaged, coachable, and comfortable stepping into meaningful responsibility within a fast-paced, team-based setting. What You'll Do: Note: This is a full-time, in-person role.
