Head of AI Transformation, Europe London: Full time, Hybrid working (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office) We are seeking an exceptional leader to build and champion AI Transformation for Europe; someone who can turn ambition into reality, and make AI a natural, everyday part of how work gets done. This role exists to deliver a step change over the next 12–18 months, embedding AI into real workflows with visible impact, and then scale that momentum over the following years as AI capabilities evolve. Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation for Europe, this role is the center of gravity for how Europe does AI. You will act as the strategic integrator and execution engine; accelerating adoption, aligning effort, enabling leaders, and ensuring AI delivers meaningful, measurable value across Europe. Success in this role is not about activity, it is about impact, pace, and belief.
