Role Overview The Repair Specialist (Sales & Solutions) is a customer-facing role focused on driving repair service sales and co-developing tailored repair solutions with customers. This role combines commercial ownership with technical expertise to maximize equipment lifecycle value, reduce downtime, and grow. The specialist acts as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying repair needs, shaping solutions collaboratively with customers, and converting opportunities into sustainable business growth.
