We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for both leading and executing revenue growth initiatives in an established addressable market. This role requires a strong sales leader who can operate with limited oversight, set a clear path to results, and personally drive execution when needed. Success will come from combining strong sales leadership with hands-on selling, ensuring consistent delivery of growth targets. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Hybrid, 2 days/week in Minneapolis, MN office - Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales plans to capture additional market share in an already well-defined Total Addressable Market (TAM) - Process Discipline: Oversee Salesforce CRM usage to ensure high-quality data, effective pipeline management, and reliable forecasting.
