TikTok Account Manager The E-Commerce Account Manager (TikTok Shop) will be fully responsible for managing and growing Sunny Health & Fitness’s TikTok Shop presence. This role will oversee platform performance, sales growth, inventory planning, promotional strategy, content coordination, and overall account health on TikTok. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the company’s TikTok Shop account end-to-end - Ensure account health, compliance, and adherence to TikTok Shop policies - Monitor performance metrics and optimize for growth - Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, conversion rate, and average order value - Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and performance KPIs - Identify growth opportunities through promotions, campaigns, bundles, and pricing strategies - Manage TikTok platform campaigns, flash sales, and platform-driven promotions - Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations - Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to forecast demand - Align inventory planning with campaign calendars and sales projections - Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external creators/affiliates - Support TikTok Live selling initiat...
