What success looks like in this role: The Client Delivery Executive – Government Location: Canberra (Client Site): Security Clearance: NV1 / NV2 Lead Service Excellence Across Critical Government Services We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Executive (CDE) to provide senior delivery leadership across a complex government account spanning Service Desk, Field Services, Modern Device Management, and Service Management . This is not an operational management role. It is a senior leadership position focused on delivery assurance, governance, and commercial accountability , working through influence and strong partnerships with service line leaders to uplift service maturity, quality, and performance.
