At 4flow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Lead Workday FIN & HCM (d/f/m) , who will take end-to-end responsibility for our Workday landscape. What your new challenge will look like In this role, you will be hands-on involved in the daily operation and further development of both Workday F IN and HCM. You will combine operational system work, team leadership, and stakeholder management, while actively shaping the future of Workday at 4flow . Your key responsibilities will include: Hands-on responsibility for Workday F IN & H CM, including configuration, enhancements and day-to-day operations Managing the daily operations and strategic development of Workday FIN & HCM systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Identifying and addressing complex support issues while customizing Workday solutions to align with business needs. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to optimize Workday functionalities and align them with business objectives .
