We're looking for an organised, detail-driven Showroom & Logistics Coordinator to keep our London Fashion showroom running flawlessly. Working alongside the Logistics & Showroom Supervisor, you'll manage sample movement and presentation across fashion, accessories, footwear, eyewear, watches and fine jewellery — supporting editorial, stylist, influencer and VIP appointments. Key Responsibilties: - Track and process all client samples using Fashion GPS (Launchmetrics) - Keep the showroom polished, merchandised and always client-ready - Supervise interns across daily operations — deliveries, check-ins and appointment prep - Communicate sample movement clearly to internal teams and external clients - Pack, label and document all outgoing domestic and international shipments - Monitor and resolve Customs & Excise queries and courier issues - Maintain sample archiv...
