Manager - Small Business Vocational Credit

Job description

Inside the Role Support the Small Business Vocational Strategy by reviewing, analyzing, and implementing best practices specific to vocational specialized equipment and credit buying. Support analysts in building profitable annual vocational acquistions by improving & increasing book to approval and cashing percentages. Work with sales, remarketing and dealers to help minimize losses specifically due to vocational equipment. Train SME vocational analysts to ensure consistant buying practices on vocational equipment. Collaborate closely with other Regional Credit Managers in Small Business as well as other departments to ensure Customer One focus when resolving all dealer or customer issues. Provide insight and expertise in regards to vocational equipment and customers in collaboration with Daimler Truck North America and Daimler Truck Financial Services sales teams to ensure strategic growth in vocational segments. This position will also be assisting with the Canadian portfolio and applications and providing guidance/feedback to the NASC in Mexico.
