We are working closely with local authority in Slough to assist with the appointment of a Continuing Healthcare Lead , on a 3-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £221.24- £299.00 per day Summary: The Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Lead will act as the subject matter expert in Adult Continuing Healthcare, providing specialist professional leadership, operational guidance, and strategic support to Adult Social Care services. The post holder will ensure that Continuing Healthcare practice is delivered in accordance with national legislation, statutory guidance, local policies, and best practice frameworks, while supporting lawful, defensible, and person-centred decision-making.
