Overview:  This role will create a welcoming and efficient workplace while supporting employees throughout their journey with the company. It involves managing daily office operations, improving internal communications, and owning employee engagement initiatives from beginning to end. You'll also provide essential, ad-hoc support to the People Team. Location : We offer a flexible Hybrid schedule with WFH on Monday & Friday's and in office Tuesday - Thursday at our Scottsdale, AZ office. Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 /yr: Employee Lifecycle Management: You will support employees throughout their entire journey with the company. This includes: - Recruiting & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment pipeline from job posting to offer.
