Job Summary: Video is the fastest-growing creative format across every channel we operate in — paid social, organic reach, YouTube, and AI-generated search results. We need someone who can build and run LoadUp's video content engine, and who understands that the best producers today use AI tools to move faster, experiment more, and deliver more without sacrificing quality. This is not a post-production role. It is a full creative production role. You’ll own concept, capture, edit, and publish for a two-sided marketplace that needs compelling video content for homeowners, service providers, and the paid channels that connect them.
