Position Title Clinical Pharmacist - Internal Medicine Inpatient Pharmacy Evenings - Full Time: Bell Hospital: Position Summary / Career Interest: Join our Inpatient team! This pharmacist position is full-time working a rotation of 7-on-7-off 10hour evening shifts from 12-10pm with the internal medicine pharmacist teams at our main campus in Kansas City, Kansas. The Clinical Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients. This consists of ensuring drug therapy that results in safe, effective, and cost conscious use of pharmaceuticals. Must demonstrate excellent interdisciplinary communication and exhibit strong educational and precepting abilities.
