Work Schedule: 100% FTE salaried position. The scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital located in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Transplant Quality Analyst who will: - Analyze clinical outcomes data to identify trends, variation, and performance gaps. - Translate insights into actionable improvement strategies in partnership with clinical leadership. - Abstract, audit, and validate complex datasets to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. - Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leaders, and operational teams to implement evidence-based improvements. - Drive structured improvement work using A3, Lean, and QAPI methodologies. - Monitor and report regulatory and quality metrics. - Serve as a clinical liaison between frontline teams and analytics...
