POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assessing current systems and developing process improvements to create more efficient outcomes relative to customer satisfaction, employee optimization and compliance with HUD guidelines, divisional programmatic requirements and CHA policies and goals. This position will assist in the department’s daily use and maintenance of data contained in the property management system (currently YARDI). This role will also participate in the NIMP process utilization, as well as interface directly with HUD systems in accordance with regulations. Critical analysis, problem solving, and the ability to develop solutions independently are essential components for this position. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in the development of reports necessary to manage veracity and integrity of data maintained in the property management system (YARDI.) - Actively participate in the establishment and adherence of standards and best practices for the maintenance of information in the property management system (YARDI.) - Review and maintain periodic validation of information maintained in both the CHA property management system and HUD’s PIC system. - A...
