Compliance Manager

Job description

As the Compliance Manager, you will provide compliance analysis and guidance to the teams that create and maintain the Caesars Digital platform. You will partner with the Operations, Business Intelligence, Payments & Fraud, Marketing, and Product departments to develop internal controls, permissible research solutions, and generate required reports. You will represent Caesars Digital to regulators, create and complete internal audits, train employees, and develop relationships with external agencies. You will work with Caesars Digital senior leadership, legal department, and external advisors to drive proactive alignment to regulations and other states legalizing sports betting and gambling. - Stay up to date with legal rulings, precedent, and competitor activity in states where Caesars Digital is active - Interpret regulatory requirements in new states that legalize digital gambling and manage any team expansion required - Create a process of marketing communications approval, and deliver timely approvals & feedback to marketing teams & external agencies involved - Create and manage internal controls and audit compliance against such controls within the digital business - Write ju...
