Job Scope: The Patient-Matched Case Manager – CMF is responsible for supporting the end-to-end workflow of Acumed’s patient-matched oral and maxillofacial, neurosurgical, and chest wall reconstruction cases within the Acumed Digital Surgery group. This role helps guide the entire lifecycle of patient-specific surgical cases—from data reception and digital planning through case coordination and product delivery ensuring accurate execution and compliance with Acumed’s Quality Management System. The Case Manager works closely with surgeons, sales representatives and internal teams to facilitate smooth case progression and high quality planning outcomes for each patient specific request.
