The Opportunity The Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) is a strategic advisor to Site Services and Corporate Groups. This role bridges operational decisions and financial impact, driving disciplined trade-offs between OPEX and CAPEX to optimize investment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning functional goals with enterprise priorities. Financial Modeling: Quantify CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs and infrastructure decisions through structured scenario planning. Decision Support: Translate complex data into narratives that drive prioritization under uncertainty. Performance Tracking: Connect operational metrics to P&L outcomes and capital efficiency. Stakeholder Alignment: Influence cross-functional teams to balance short-term needs with long-term investment health. Key Partners: Site Services, P&C, Legal, Finance, and Global Controllers. Financial Oversight: Acts as the "single source of truth" for functional financial performance. Who You Are: Education: Degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
