Job Description What is the opportunity?: As the Security Transformation Lead, you will drive strategic security initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment with organisational goals by planning, executing, and managing end-to-end security transformation projects from initiation to delivery. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and IT teams to define project scope, deliverables, and technical solutions that meet business needs, while acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable plans. Your role will involve identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with policies, and overseeing quality assurance processes, as well as implementing agile methodologies like Scrum to streamline workflows, monitor progress, and deliver milestones on time. Additionally, you will lead a forecasted program of change, fostering collaboration and problem-solving to drive regional security improvements, all while maintaining seamless communication and adherence to RBC’s standards.
