We are looking for an experienced Application Security Lead to join our Compliance & Security team and take ownership of application security across our digital healthcare services. In this role, you will embed security into software development and work closely with teams to ensure that applications are designed, built and maintained securely in a modern, fast-moving environment. What you will do: - Set application security requirements and guardrails for modern software development in the AI era - Own and develop application security practices, tools and automation - Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews for new and changing applications - Support teams in understanding and remediating application vulnerabilities and security findings - Act as the security reviewer for high-risk application architectures, APIs and integrations - Stay up to date with developments in the AppSec space and bring relevant improvements into use - Apply AI to reduce manual work in the...
