Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Analyst Location: CityScape What you'll do: As a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst you’ll be responsible for serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into well-defined requirements and scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. In this role, you’ll focus on optimizing business processes, improving data quality, and ensuring Dynamics 365 is configured to support organizational goals. Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 configurations, feature, and acceptance criteria. Analyze and map current-state and future-state business processes. Configure and support Dynamics 365: Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and system administrators to deliver solutions. Support testing efforts, including UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution. Create functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
