Sandvik Mining Warehouse Worker – Pooraka , SA About the Opportunity: We are seeking local Warehouse Workers for the Pooraka branch to provide warehouse and distribution service to both internal and external customers. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor , you will pro vide assistance in the day-to-day operations and activities in the Warehouse. The successful candidate s must be able to work in a team environment with routine supervision and be able to understand detailed instructions. Responsibilities : Liaising with management, suppliers and customers with respect to stores’ operations. Weighing or shipping or receiving or delivery officer incorporating also dispatcher functions; Receiving, receipting, pick, pack and dispatch of spare parts and materials Conduct project work;: Assist with inventory control;: Prepare shipping documentation;: Enter detailed data entry in Sandvik IT systems Undertake discrepancy investigation and implement corrective actions Conduct stock cycle counting and full stock takes; Implement quality control techniques and procedures.
