Responsibilities: Requirements: - Work in the areas of Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and HR - Conduct interviews for new candidates - Conduct performance reviews for current team members - Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience - Hire, train, supervise and mentor a team of Associates - Manage the daily activity of the sales floor, backroom/backstock, and inventory - Ensure store stays clean and organized - Review reports daily to track inventory and ensure we have the maximum amount of product on the sales floor - Improve store layout and efficiency - This is a salaried position with varying hours - Two years of retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager - Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow through skills - Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a team...
