Purpose of the Role: As a Customs and Freight Compliance Coordinator, you will provide first‑line support to the Race Logistics, Transport and TPC teams, managing the preparation and completion of all customs documentation. This includes ATA Carnets, freight invoicing, and ensuring full compliance with CAA, customs and IATA regulations. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our global freight operation running smoothly and accurately across all racing and testing events. What You’ll Do: Prepare and process ATA Carnet paperwork for temporary export/import of car parts and equipment. Write accurate freight invoices by liaising with Race Team, Project Management and Logistics. Provide commercial and proforma invoices and ensure compliance for all internal and external shipments.
