- Parramatta CBD location – a short walk to the station, shops & eateries - Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM (no weekends or late nights!) - Full training provided + gain a nationally recognised Cert III in Financial Services - Uncapped bonuses + 3 salary reviews in your first 18 months About the role: As a Customer Relationship Manager , you’ll be on the frontline making outbound calls to locate and re-establish contact with customers in regards to their overdue accounts and negotiate repayment solutions tailored to their circumstances.
