This is a hybrid role based in our New York office and will require you to be in person Tuesdays and Thursdays. About the Team: Grindr is looking for a high-performing Senior Accountant to play a key role in strengthening and scaling our accounting function in a public-company environment. This is a role for someone who has built strong technical foundations — and is excited to apply that rigor inside a fast-paced, growing business. You’ll join a team that is in active build mode: enhancing processes, tightening controls, and elevating the quality and speed of our close. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings strong ownership over their workstreams, and wants to be part of building a best-in-class accounting organization. This role sits at the center of our monthly close and financial reporting process.
