As Marqeta’s Counsel, International Product & Regulatory you will help advance our vision of modern money movement and will be enthusiastic about payments technology and its potential for positive impact in peoples’ lives. You will help drive high-profile cross-functional initiatives across the business involving a variety of complex legal and regulatory issues relating to managing risk for financial and payments products internationally. This requires strong business acumen and the ability to both work independently and with large multi-stakeholder teams. We are looking for someone with sharp analytical and communication skills, who is diligent, organized, engaged, proactive, collaborative, and who has demonstrated excellent legal and business judgment and strategic thinking. You will be part of an international team providing product, regulatory and privacy support. We work Flexible First .
