Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ ASRC Federal Communications is seeking a Temporary HVAC/Boiler Operator for our ISS2 contract supporting our Air Force customer. This position is located at Eareckson Air Station (EAS) in Shemya, AK.While working on-site, housing is provided as a dormitory facility. All meals are served through the cafeteria. Transportation to EAS from Anchorage, AK, is provided by government-sponsored aircraft. This Temporary position will last up to 90 days. Summary: The Boiler Operator tends one or more boilers to produce steam or high-temperature water for use in an establishment. Fires boilers; observes and interprets readings on gauges, meters, and charts which register various aspects of boiler operation. The incumbent also performs repair, overhaul, maintenance, and servicing of commercial, industrial, and residential heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems and refrigeration units....
