Job description

Responsible for all sales with the assigned shop. Associates must maintain accurate money handling and proficiency on the cash register Maintain end-of-shift paperwork and closing procedures Meet all sales goals as directed Participate in our physical inventories: Unpack incoming freight as soon as possible, counting and checking against the packing slip Responsible for cleanliness of respective shop Demonstrate excellent salesmanship while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere Adhere to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI Compliance) Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Perform other job-related duties as assigned - Excellent communications skills - Ability to perform basic math - Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff - Ability to understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures - Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English - High School diploma or equivalent ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Work is performed in areas, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, d...
