About the Role: As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner, you play a critical role in shaping how financial insights guide decision-making across AlayaCare. Sitting within the broader Strategic Finance team, you help connect strategy, operations, and financial performance by turning data into clear, actionable insights.
