You translate complex financial and behavioural insights into decisions that shape risk, performance, and strategy — helping millions move forward while keeping ING’s financial foundation strong. The team: You join an ambitious and close-knit team of around 30 specialists working at the core of ING Netherlands. Together, you steer the bank’s balance sheet and manage interest rate and liquidity risks in close collaboration with Group Treasury. The team operates at the intersection of analytics, strategy and execution. You work on topics such as ALM, hedging and balance sheet optimization, directly influencing pricing, product design and financial performance.
