We are looking for a Community & Events Executive to manage and develop Mindful Chef’s customer community and advocacy initiatives. This role is central to building meaningful customer connections, driving engagement and loyalty, and supporting long-term retention and customer lifetime value. You will own day-to-day community management, referral and advocacy programmes, and collaborate closely with CRM, Brand and Marketing teams to ensure community engagement aligns with the wider customer journey and brand strategy.
