Description Job Title: Sr. Director of IT Infrastructure & Security Reports To: CEO: Salary: $ 135,000 – $182,000: Purpose of Position The Senior Director of IT is responsible for the reliability, security, and scalability of all technology infrastructure supporting all operations and corporate environments. This role ensures continuous uptime of mission-critical systems—including servers, RF devices, hardware and network infrastructure—while safeguarding company data and enabling operational efficiency across distribution centers and operations.
