About the Role: We’re hiring an exceptional Director of Operations to oversee and scale JETSET Pilates studios in New York City. This role will lead multiple studio locations (including existing Gramercy, NoHo, and Park Avenue studios), manage and develop General Managers, and drive performance across the platform while executing new studio openings. As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring each studio operates at the highest level of performance, consistency, and client experience.
