Position Description: Are you a Geology professional with experience in Exploration and looking for growth? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Exploration Manager to join the Barrick North America Exploration leadership team. As a vital member to the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Barrick´s Exploration Strategy across the region to deliver high-value discoveries. This position reports directly to the Vice President, North American Discoveries. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Develop, empower, and lead a technically skilled team, supporting the delivery of the organization's exploration strategy - Establish a project portfolio aligned with Barrick´s regional discovery strategy - Implement and manage Greenfield and Brownfield programs on budget and scope - Assist in the replacement, growth, and improvement in the quality of reserves and resources, while collaborating with all groups sharing the same mission - Negotiate and lead all aspects of commercial exploration agreements - Develop and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and the public while ens...
