As we scale across markets, paid media remains a critical driver of growth, brand visibility, and category leadership. About the role: We are hiring a Display Ads Manager to help lead the next phase of CoVet’s paid media growth. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who understands both performance and brand, and who can build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across display, video, and broader media channels while working closely with creative, design, and leadership. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, brand development, and creative strategy. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns that support both direct-response performance and broader brand-building goals. You will help evaluate where CoVet should expand its paid media footprint, develop testing frameworks, guide creative development, and work closely with the Head of Marketing to translate business priorities into compelling campaigns....
