Job Description Summary: The Maintenance Manager is accountable for the reliability, safety, and performance of all manufacturing assets at Timberlab’s Cross Laminated Timber mill. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role leads maintenance strategy, execution, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production while controlling costs and developing high performing teams. This position is a key driver of Timberlab’s reliability culture. The Maintenance Manager applies disciplined maintenance systems, root cause analysis, and modern reliability tools to maximize asset uptime, extend equipment life, and proactively prevent downtime. The role requires strong leadership in a unionized, industrial manufacturing environment and close collaboration with operations, safety, engineering, and external partners.
